Pimcore is only as good as the data model underneath it. Most of the Pimcore work we inherit has the same problem: classes designed around the first import file, rather than around how the business actually describes its products. Everything downstream — the storefront, the feeds, the print catalogue — then works around it.
How we work
We start with the model. A short workshop with the people who own the product data produces a class diagram, attribute list and inheritance plan that everyone signs off before a line of PHP is written. That document becomes the contract for the rest of the build.
Migrations run in parallel. The old system stays live while the new one is filled, and a reconciliation job compares the two every night. Cutover happens when the diff has been empty for a week, not on a date picked at kick-off.

- A named lead engineer who is on every call and reviews every merge
- A written estimate before work starts, re-issued if scope changes
- Infrastructure as code, so your team can run the platform without us
- Documentation of every class, workflow and integration we touch
