About
A small firm that does a few things properly
Specialist engineering for commerce platforms, ERP data pipelines and applied AI. Based in Pune, working with clients across the EU, UK and North America.
- Founded
- 2026
- Head office
- Pune, India
- Overlap
- 4 hours with CET and EST
Vezo Labs was started by engineers who had spent years inside agencies watching the same projects go wrong in the same ways: a data model designed around the first import file, an integration built before anyone agreed what the fields meant, an AI feature shipped without a way to tell whether it was right.
We keep the firm deliberately narrow — product information, commerce platforms, ERP integration and applied AI — so that the people on your project have done it many times before.
How we work
- 01
A named lead engineer
Every engagement has one person who is on every call, reviews every merge and is still there at the end. Their name is on the estimate.
- 02
A written estimate first
Before work starts you get scope, price and dates in writing. When scope changes, the estimate is re-issued — not quietly absorbed or quietly billed.
- 03
Contracts before code
Data models, interface contracts and evaluation sets are agreed and signed off before the build. The arguments happen when they are cheap.
- 04
Losers in the report
We report what did not work alongside what did — failed ad variants, rejected approaches, missed estimates. You cannot learn from a highlight reel.
- 05
No subcontracting
The engineers you meet are the engineers who do the work. We do not resell other agencies.
- 06
Leave it runnable
Infrastructure as code, documentation and a handover your team can actually use. You should never need us to keep the lights on.
